AIT has the highest standard for quality control. Parts are inspected at each stage of production. All critical dimensions are inspected 100% prior to shipment.

Double Groove "P" rolls now available in Mac 1™ (stoody) !

Using only U.S.A. stainless steel, A.I.T. manufactures seaming chucks and rolls to exacting O.E.M. standards. Accurate to within .001 of an inch, it is the highest quality tooling available at any price. Our Quality Control Department is one of the most effecient in the industry. All rolls have profiles that are ground on our Studer™ CNC Grinder. This insures the smoothest, most accurate profile and guarantees less TFS pick-up.

MAC 1™ (stoody) CHUCKS AND ROLLS

A.I.T. manufactures seaming chucks and rolls from Mac 1™ (stoody). This man made material, which is higher in cobalt, is a vastly improved substrate metal for tooling. When coated with Titanium Nitride, the results are legendary. When coated with Diamond ARM, the legend is surpassed.

SEALED TWIN BALL BEARING "P" ROLLS

A.I.T. offers the only grease reduced, sealed twin ball bearing, double profile "P" roll that still has variable float available. No more wasting time wiping grease off of you cans after maintenence. When coated with Diamond ARM the roll life and seam results are astonishing.

ADJUSTABLE PIN ASSEMBLY FOR "L" & "H" ROLLS

An adjustable locking pin and setscrew assembly that allows for a quick groove placement (setup) to the seaming chuck. This can save hours on the set-up shimming process, and in some cases, virtually eliminates it.
