Speciality Extended Wear Coatings

Our newest coating, DIAMOND ARM, is a thin dense diamond impregnated chrome with a Rockwell of 98. When applied over stainless or tool steel, it improves the wear life of the tool by up to five times. It will not flake off like Titanium Nitrde when applied over stainless steel. It has a much smoother surface which means less TFS build-up, less scuffing, and smoother seams on your cans. With a special A.I.T. process, when DIAMOND ARM is applied to seaming chucks, it grips like Flame Plating.....but without the scratching most canners experience!
